i hope your son finish his treatment soon not just for the fostering and adopting thing but also because it must be really hard for your whole family to go through that
i havent heard of cormac mccarthy before but what he says is really true, how can kids grow up fine if theres so much violence in the world, just by watching the news 5 minutes, theres always murders, rapes, wars..., if kids start listening to that since young they are gonna think its normal and they may even be part of it

Ah nine years, realtively long time, indeed grrrls do need a way to pound things out, and i must say drums are a very effeective way of doing so. I have been playing for about 4 years now.

i think its really important that parents teach their kids about equalty and open mindness because there are really discriminatory kids out there and everyone keeps blaming schools when its their job to help their kids to make their own ideas about the world
i dont know about having kids myself, i dont think i have what it takes to be pregnant and i find it kinda disturbing so right now, well, not right now, in 8-10 years from now ill probably adopt, theres a lot of kids out there who need to be taken care of and i wanna help

When I was 18 I lived in SLC for about 6 months, It is really awesome down there - the community is really strong and there are tons of radically minded folks in that area. I love Boise though because rather than just living like I did in Utah, I am able to make changes and expose people to things that they have been sheltered from.
It's not a horrible place, boring at times, but I do shows in my basement and write zines so that's sweet. :)

At 12:35pm on December 1, 2008, Davey said…: hellll no, total bitches arent bad. they're great, i think. i actually never owned a pet or like, thought about pets until i got a chi, and now i am pathetically addcited. i went from being a normal person, to throwing my dog a bday party. ok, i didnt really, but i THOUGHT about throwing him a party, complete w/ bday hats. a chi farm just seems like the next logical step towards becoming completely crazy. right? would you like another reason to probably not want to tlak to me again? i dint just want chis on the farm, i want like all things mimature....like minature horses, mini german shepards, ranchhands with dwarfism. i think it will be amzing and of course, there will be a cover charge. i have not heard of those two bands, but i love new ones so i will eventually check em out. i just moved to houston a year ago from nj, and am slowly coming out of my extreme culture shock. its a whole other ridiculous world down here, but i love it a lot. i also love what you said about your kids. your little girl picking wonderwoman out as your picture made me smile:)
