i love sauces too haha i use them in almost everything i eat, theres lots of tortillas in the food and also lots of different meat, i live in the north part of the country, pretty close with usa so our food is kinda mixed with theirs but an aunt who lives at the south once came and told me they even eat grasshoppers and worms...its kinda disturbing xD have you ever tired mole is a kinda spicy sauce with chicken im veggie and i eat it with soy but its really yummy i suck at explaining things so here you go http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mole_(sauce)
