I have never met a man that was a feminist, and its sad because i wish there were more in the whole movement. It would be better and totally fucking badass. I mean if there were more men that claimed themselves feminists then it would show that its not a bunch of women trying to over power men. I keep my head up, and hopefully can surround myself with other such feminists as yourself with similar ideas.

- Thanks and its so fucking true. Besides they don't even make the assumption that men are even part of the movement. Its sadly to common that women who claim themselves as feminists get the stereotypical things that are brought with it. Like lesbianism or being a man hater. They don't get the fact that its about equality between women AND men. People who know nothing about feminism try to have discussions about how we are doing nothing and its all a bunch of bullshit, they also like to use the word feminazi. SO irritating to hear. I mean all of these ignorant people saying stuff they have never looked into. Like today i was listening to some Riot Grrrl band and my little brother was like "OHHH you can tell they are a bunch of lesbians." Recently i've been just surrounded by so much negativity its hard to be bright about my feminist outlooks.
