My grandmother is full blood native american and she always told me and my sisters that being able to see the magic was something that was a special gift and to not loose it. Honestly this creeped me out as a kid but now I love it. She was really smart and sounds like you are too. I am glad your your own heroine too, those are my favorites. We're moving up North that is where most of my family is. Up to Washington State. We've probably crossed paths, we go out to Redlands alot my husbands grandma lives in an assisted living home there. And we go to the street market too. I'll miss the sun....

About Me:: I like to write and I LOVE to read and I like music but I think some of the ideas around it have turned into something I don't like so, like many things of that nature right now, I try to d i s e n g a g e from that whole scene. I like to do silly art that looks like the masterpiece of a second grader on SPEED. I like new ideas and the rebirth of old ones and I like it when life pans out in quirky movie-esque fashion; like when you hear the same random word on the lips of 3 consecutive people and you just know they were connected. I like to watch couples pass who are so enamored with eachother that they don't even know you're there and I like to draw little cartoon girls that are centimeters at most. I want to play the harp and I bought one but have yet to learn... story of my life (not enough time). I try to act tough sometimes and I can be so stubborn but sometimes I just like to curl up on a lap and cry. I'm really pretty sensitive and sometimes I cry at Lifetime movies or a bad day or a dirty look tossed off by a careless passerby. I laugh when I'm nervous and that happens an awful lot. I can be kinda funny when you get to know me really well but until then (and even sometimes then) I'm just funny to laugh at... you'll never meet anyone more awkward in your life. I do a lot of stupid shit like walking on hand rails at the bridge pier and yet I'm kinda scared of rollercoasters and I HATE when people make me go anyways (I never end up liking it). Right now I'm on this path, this journey and I'm the heroine because it's my life. I see things no one sees and I have powers you couldn't imagine BUT if you just looked a little harder you too could unleash the magic.

Interests:: Poetry, reading, music, dancing, cycling, psychology, sociology, learning, art in all forms, spiritual quests, dream interpretation and general soul searching.

Favorite Bands:: really broad musical interests but a few of my favorites are: Radiohead (I know I'm so damn original you don't know what to do with yourself), Iron and Wine, Rachel's, Mates of State, Lali Puna, Muse and Smashing Pumpkins (you know keep it oldschool), Miss Kittin, Daft Punk, Sebastien, Busy P, Kavinsky, MSTRKRFT, The Knife, Joanna Newsom, The Be Good Tanyas and a lot of electro-dance/ minimal techno/ tech-house... I wasn't lying when I said broad because I never ever lie. ever.
