Share 'Ladyfest East'

I would like to try to organize a ladyfest east. I'm not sure exactly what kind of work or funding it entails or how big of a job it is, but I would still like to try. Does anyone have suggestions, links, information, etc for me? Has anyone here organized one before? Is it a crazy feat to take on? Also, how much time should I allow in advance for organizing it?
