I work in a construction office for a school district. My job is to keep the guys to keep up with logging in their time. I have to say this is the worse part of my job, everyday i have to tell these guys to turn in their crap and they just give me a look that says it all "I am not going to listen to an 18yr old girl." I remember some jerk was turning in his time cards to the boss, when it was my job to collect them, I found it a bit disrespectful, or when they have to CC everything which is kind of funny since I never do that to them trying to let them off easy. GRRRR it gets me sooo mad!!!! I want to quit because there are so many reasons, I have not even addressed many situations i came across to my boss. I think the best way is just to go day by day making as little contact with the guys as possible. Hopefully this year I get the job I want working at the college i attend. VENTTT!!! thank you board haha.
