i need help (zine making and promoting bands)

im doing a first issue from a zine and i need some help to find some zinesters that can help me out with some interviews and scene reports from any part of the world!!!!
we are running a website of riot grrrls from south america (Paraguay) http://riotgrrrlsparaguay.webs.com and we are thinking of making an international zine in english and spanish version to trade them worldwide.
if you have a band and wanna make a promotion of it be sure to contact me cause im looking for you!
if you have a zine and wanna show it to the world as well, contact me!!! we make reviews of worldwide zines too (check this blog http://zinesfan.blogspot.com ) but some reviews will be in the zine (printed and posted by mail for distros)
if you have a distro please let me know we promote it as well!!! everything for free of course
is kind of hard to get in touch with "biggers" bands cause i think because it is a first issue, people just dont answer any mail and things like that... i dont know, i think they dont trust so much or something...
Well, i think i keep on working with this and let you know how it goes.
we want to mix subcultures on it (psychobilly, rockabilly, skinheads and skingirls, punks, hc etc etc and mix some culture on it)... based on feminism and activism...
